Hey, Plant. Lately I have been nurturing the nature lover inside me. It’s not so much how they look but how they make life possible. I’ve recently changed the way I look at them. They perform the essential functions of providing oxygen, moisture and filtering out toxins from our day to day life. I have chemical sensitivity and since moving into a freshly made place with fresh paint and furniture, I’ve experienced first hand how a home full of chemical vapors from furniture etc. can harm your respiratory and other systems and how plants can help purify our living quarters. There are a lot of research online but I currently read a book by Dr. B. C. Wolverton who helps illustrate the benefits of plants. It’s called How To Grow Fresh Air! In my video, I share the best of the best which includes Boston Fern, English Ivy, Croton Dumb Cane, Dragon Tree and Areca. The rest are in my living room. I hope this video inspires you in some way. To help appreciate nature and to learn that they are vital and partners in our life!
