i'll be flying into washington when you start the stream haha hopefully i'll be able to stop by the store during the weekend and check out murphy in person 😀

'You like fish? I like fish!' 'I like Aquarium Co-op' 'Oh? Maybe I like Aquarium Co-op too'. I love it when Cory does those mock voices. Dude gets people and is funny with those examples. I don't get to catch the live streams live, but I should be able to catch a few hours on Thanksgiving. Looking forward to some shenanigans.

What substrate would you use and recommend for a 75 gallon planted Aquarium?

  • Steve Carb 9 months ago

Okay… bois: enchiladas are cooked in the oven, wet burritos are not

Thanks for the super sale on plants! I wear your shirts a lot and always hope for someone to say “hey, I know Aquarium co-op! By the way I don’t know if it’s the red shirt or you really have the camera dialed in but, Cory you look super good! And Jimmy looks super good too! Really clear and the color quality is really nice ?

Could you guy's do a part test on one of the aqua neat lights.?

Thank you for caring about your customers (almost before your profits) Cory. You do it right.

Missed the sale…bummer….still a couple weeks out from the new tank anyways. Banking on that Black Friday for some equipment ?

I think it's a great idea to have the option for customers to purchase the box of emersed plants. Saves work on your end and savings for the customer as well! Using less packing material is always a plus too ?

  • Dylan Spaltman 9 months ago

Why not sell the 'plant package box' on social media only. That will remove some of the risk, but add some initial work to find a way to do it. It might work as a incentive to increase traffic through your pages.

There is something odd about Scarlet Temple. Your photo looks like an Alternanthera variant and not a hygrophila corymbosa variant. The hygrophila corymbosa I've seen has broader leaves with reddish tones mixed in with green rather than the full on red in your photo. I'd be curious if you could confirm either way.

Hi Corey and Jimmy. Just an idea about your "fish club" idea. You could have a free level so people can be pre-screened for items like your plant pack idea that everyone can get into and then have a paid level like you were talking about for a "discount" level. Then you could have multiple levels available and a possibility for future growth. Just an idea. Love your videos and I have started listening to your podcast also. I started from the beginning. Hope you're having a nice day. Keep up the good work.

I love my vals, but they hate my UGF (under gravel filter) more than any of my other easy plants. They stay very short but also don't seem to thrive planted in a small container. My swords and ferns don't really like it (UGF) either and have done better "potted" or attached to driftwood. My crypts tolerate the UGF better and my moneywort (stem plant) seems to grow new roots on cuttings in just a week–just fyi for folks using UGF in planted aquarium.

  • Caleb Lopez-Sanchez 9 months ago

Hey Cody, can I keep 3 dwarf puffers by themselves in a 10 gallon with frequent water changes, and plants? Please answer this as I want to get some soon

  • Unlucky 9 months ago

Hey Cory. Is there ANY kind of Val out there that I could keep in a 20 long?
As far as I know you can't trim the leaves or they'll die and they grow way too tall so I'm struggling to find a tallish grassyish plant for my background like val

Cory: for the selfie picture, could we wear the hat rather than the shirt?

  • Mark Pemberton 9 months ago

Can you do a video on all the different live foods that are possible?
